FORMER STUDENTS

Transcript requests are fulfilled on Friday of each week.  If you come to the office Monday - Thursday you will not receive your transcript until the following Friday.  You will be asked to provide the following information:

Date of Request

Student's Full Name (while a student at Albertville High School)

Year of Graduation or Wthdrawal Year

Name and Address of recipient school/company

Deadline Date (if applicable)

Signature


FEE

$2.00 - High School Transcript ONLY
$5.00 - High School, Middle School, Elementary
Make checks payable to AHS and include a telephone number and driver's license state abbreviation and number.
